This is my final logo, after many different sketches and ideas, I finally chose this outcome, basically  its plectrum with the British flag just inside with the name of the association British Music Experience, (BME). I decided to choose a Guitar pick because it represents music aswell as the British flag to represent Britain, I decided to use the words British music Experience instead of using the letter BME, just in case people weren't sure what the plectrum was, this is a pretty simple design but I feel that over complicated logos make it harder for the viewer to see what it is, I quite like this logo, but I feel that maybe people wont know that it is a guitar pick.
